A really good way to receive Christian teaching these days is to listen to recordings of teachings given by good Christian teachers. Such recordings can be listened to on portable devices or in the car. There was a period in my life when I used to commute to work on the train each day. I used this opportunity to listen to some excellent teachings on my MP3 player and found it to be very beneficial.

 Derek Prince
Derek Prince (13 August 1915 - 24 September 2003) was educated as a scholar of Greek and Latin at Cambridge University. He also studied Hebrew and Aramaic. While serving in the British Army in World War II, he began to study the bible and experienced a life-chamging encounter with Jesus Christ. Since then he has devoted his life to studying and teaching the bible.
He is the author of over 40 books, over 400 audio and 150 video teachings. He has a wonderful gift for explaining the bible and its teaching in a a clear and simple way.
He is one of the best bible teachers of recent times. He is particularly good at explaining the foundational truths of the bible for Christians. I recommend his Atonement series.

 Jay Smith
Jay Smith is an apologist and polemicist in repect of Christainity and Islam. He has several theological degrees including an MA in Islamics. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Christainity and Islam, often having a greater knowledge of Islam than many Islamic scholars. He uses this to dabate with Muslims, including their best scholars. He spent many years debating with Muslims at Speakers corner in Hyde Park, London when he lived in London. He does this with love and respect but his aim is to show the weakness of Islam and the strength of Christianity. Many Muslims have become Christians as a result of these debates. He now lives in the USA where he is involved in doing Islamic research and designing a course on polemics for Christians, showing them how to debate with Muslims and expose the errors of Isalm.
He has a YouTube channel called Pfander Films where you will find many videos of his work and his debates. If you want to know how to engage with Muslims I recommend you visit his YouTube channel and sign up to his courses and seminars.

 Ian Moulton
Ian is the pastor of Chapel House Christian Fellowship in Chorley. He teaches the "whole counsel of God" by systematically going through each book of the bible. He also has a special interest in biblical prophecy and the end times.
Ian is the best living preacher that I have ever heard and I recommend that you have a listen to his sermons on the Chapel House Christian Fellowship website.

 Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones
Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones (20 December 1899 – 1 March 1981) was a Welsh Protestant minister, preacher and medical doctor who was influential in the Reformed wing of the British evangelical movement in the 20th century. For almost 30 years, he was the minister of Westminster Chapel in London.
Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones was well known for his style of expository preaching, and the Sunday morning and evening meetings at which he officiated drew crowds of several thousand, as did the Friday evening Bible studies, which were, in effect, sermons in the same style. He would take many months, even years, to expound a chapter of the Bible verse by verse. Dr Martyn Lloyd-Jones was probably the best British preacher of the last century.

 Roger Price
Roger was a founding member of the Chichester Christian Fellowship (CCF). He was an extremely popular speaker and minister at churches, fellowships and conferences around the country and in Western Europe (especially Sweden and Western Germany). He was a prodigious worker, and during twelve years of Bible teaching he recorded over 290 Bible studies and wrote 4 books. The recordings are available through a dedicated website. His great gift was to make complex things more understandable. Many people testify to having the Bible come alive to them in their own private study after listening to some of the 'Basic Bible Studies' which give a foundational interpretation of the Bible and its doctrines.
